How do I know if this program is right for me?

Can I start without prior property development experience?
Yes! Our Silver package is perfect for beginners, as it provides the foundational knowledge and strategies you need to get started. We teach everything from how to find the right sites to analyzing deals, managing projects, and scaling your business. If you’re new to the industry, you’ll receive the support you need to get your first deal under your belt.
Do I need to have a large budget or access to capital to join?
Not necessarily! While having capital is helpful in property development, we show you how to raise finance and structure deals with private investors. Many of our mentees start with limited budgets and scale their businesses by leveraging funding from our investor network and learning how to do developments using contractors and professional teams.
What kind of support will I get during the mentorship?
Our mentorship is designed to give you direct and ongoing support. In addition to weekly calls, you’ll have access to a private Facebook and WhatsApp group where you can ask questions and receive advice in real-time. We also offer 30-minute strategy calls and 1-on-1 guidance whenever needed. You will never be left alone during your journey.
